Nice people to deal with and work with but selling a vehicle to some the vehicle got to be safe to drive on the road not leaf them stranded any were when selling a vehicle to any body the seller have to make sure the tire are in good shape and the vehicle must be fully inspected by the mechanic to sure the vehicle is ready to sell and the seller have to be honest with there customers one hundet percent
Seemed to not follow protocol. Seemed like they just changed parts and are not good at trouble shooting problems.

Been doing business for over 30 years this business and precursors business via merges. 4 brand new vehicles procured. Exclusive one glitch on repairs several years ago, been very satisfied with their support and solution to repairing and maintaining my vehicles.
I asked for a call back on a quote from the finance manager and never got one. The service guy is very unfriendly. Has an ear bud in his ear so I dont think he listened to me at all and did not explain things at all.

Horrible service department. The communication from the service department concerning my vehicle was literally nonexistent unless I called them. I was told by the service department that the noise I brought the car in for was coming from the struts with additional noise coming from other things. I had the struts replaced and honestly the noise is now worse than what it was before replacing the struts. Cody Shaw and the service team do thorough and quality work and Taylor Bennett gets you in and out paperwork wise without upselling you a bunch of crap. The team there was preoccupied with helping us meet our needs, NOT pressuring a sale. They gave us a fair deal and made sure to meet our needs and criteria. Evans will be our go-to car dealership for the foreseeable future!
We had our truck towed there. Was told they would look at it next day being Friday, didn't happen. Finally got to it on Monday. Said they would have it fixed on Tuesday, didn't happen, never once offered an estimate, we should have asked. The part they had was not usable. They had this truck for almost a week. Finally got it fixed and nearly fell over on the cost. Other dealers have also deducted the diagnosis charge if they did the repair, NOT HERE.

Evans Chevrolet GMC saved our family trip to Florida. While driving from Michigan to northern Florida for a family emergency a critical dash light came on. We contacted Evans and they saved the day. They gave us a loaner for 3 days, were done quick considering we got in on a Friday night, and we were greatly pleased with the bill. Couldn't be happier. Cody and Joe were wonderful and made everything possible. Cheers to the good guys!
My husband and I were sold a vehicle by Mark Sealscott. He is probably one of the most honest sales persons I have met. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and I know my husband put him through heck, communicating with him for a couple of months off and on before we decided on actually taking the vehicle (we came all the way from Kentucky so we had to make sure the vehicle was a perfect fit). The whole experience was pleasant, everyone was so nice and helpful.
