First time taking my new GMC AT4 to Evans GMC, they services my vehicle, rotated the tires, and did all the computer updates. It was done in a timely fashion and the service was great. I definitely will be back.
We had our truck towed there. Was told they would look at it next day being Friday, didn't happen. Finally got to it on Monday. Said they would have it fixed on Tuesday, didn't happen, never once offered an estimate, we should have asked. The part they had was not usable. They had this truck for almost a week. Finally got it fixed and nearly fell over on the cost. Other dealers have also deducted the diagnosis charge if they did the repair, NOT HERE.

While driving to Atlanta to visit our son, my wife and I (and our dog) encountered car trouble mid-day on a Friday just outside Wapokeneta. We found Evans Chevrolet GMC and called to see if they could take a look. Chris Martinez, the service manager, told us to bring the car in. Great staff made buying our new car a breeze.
When urgent family business demanded we go to northern Florida from metro Detroit, Chad and Joe at Evans Chevrolet GMC saved the day. A serious engine light demanded attention and when we called late on a Friday afternoon Chad had his crew on it right away. Due to time constraints and our special situation, they provided us with a loaner and had our car ready for our quick turnaround.

Evans Chevrolet GMC saved our family trip to Florida. While driving from Michigan to northern Florida for a family emergency a critical dash light came on. We contacted Evans and they saved the day. They gave us a loaner for 3 days, were done quick considering we got in on a Friday night, and we were greatly pleased with the bill. Couldn't be happier. Cody and Joe were wonderful and made everything possible. Cheers to the good guys!
I was coming to Wapak from Lima and my low tire indicator came on. Of course, it was raining and I didn't know what to do. As I got into Wapak, I stopped here and asked if they would check it for me. I do not drive a Chevy. I have a Honda. Without hesitation, Cody Shaw, took my car, checked it out and reset the light. He refused payment. He has no idea what this kindness meant to this old lady. God Bless you, young man.
I had a brake service message appear on my dash. It was due for new brakes which I did myself only to find out the I had to have a dealership clear the message and reset my brake wear sensors. The were helpful in explaining and graciously did the reset for free!

Got diagnosed, new part installed and back on the road in less than an hour. A friendly small dealership with knowledgeable service technicians.
Ron Gossard worked long and diligently to find the exact vehicle I wanted. It is very appreciated!!! I actually had an opportunity to purchase at another dealership, but there was no comparison to the service and courtesy I received from Evans and Ron.

I test drove a 2010 Suburban LTZ and 2013 Yukon Denali here a few weeks ago. Although the vehicles didn’t check the boxes I was looking for, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. There’s a good selection of vehicles here as well. They answered all my questions and provided a detailed summary as far as recent maintenance goes. Very good service and customer care. My husband and I were sold a vehicle by Mark Sealscott. He is probably one of the most honest sales persons I have met. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and I know my husband put him through heck, communicating with him for a couple of months off and on before we decided on actually taking the vehicle (we came all the way from Kentucky so we had to make sure the vehicle was a perfect fit). The whole experience was pleasant, everyone was so nice and helpful.

American Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc in Wapakoneta came highly recommended. When I called their service department, Chris, the service department manager was very professional and recognized the Torque Converter Clutch Shudder I had described. We discussed the TSBs 18-NA-177 and 18-NA-355. They assured me they would do a flush of the transmission with 24 quarts of Mobil 1 Synthetic LV ATF HP fluid. American Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc completed the flush and advised it would take 500 to 1,000 miles for the shudder to go away.
They took care of the issue I had and provided me with a loner car. Couldn't ask for more than that !
